What is the message about? . . .
The world that we live in can sometimes feel chaotic and difficult to understand. Natural disasters, politics and wars, pandemic diseases. Some will read whatever the current events may be and declare, “Surely this is a sign of the end times!” There have been many examples throughout history of those that have predicted that our time may be over. However, we need have no fear of the future as followers of Christ. We are the religion of the dawn, and dark times simply mean that light is beginning to dawn. Whatever events make us feel, it’s not the end of the world. Let’s dive a little deeper into why Jesus told his disciples “Do not be alarmed.”
