Tim Whitmore

Pastor Tim, a Disciples of Christ Commissioned Minister, began his ministry with FCC Warrensburg on July 1st, 2024. 

Tim's diverse experience in ministry and professional life is a testament to his leadership skills. He grew up in Nebraska, and while living in Jefferson City, Missouri, he attended a Disciples of Christ Church, where he served in multiple lay ministry roles. For many years, he worked with Auto Dealerships in sales and General Management.  

Tim took classes at Phillips Theological Seminary, and his ministry includes First Christian Church (DOC) in Sedalia, First Christian Church (DOC) in Holden, First Presbyterian Church in Holden, and Chaplain at WMMC and Holden Fire Department. 

Pastor Tim has enjoyed substitute Teaching in the Holden and Chilhowee Schools. He is married to Debbie and has three adult children: Becca, Jennifer, and Matthew.​
